Hi and Welcome. I am Nicky - UK Virtual Assistant and Founder of Online EA

With over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, and Event Coordinator, across diverse industries, both national and international, in startups and established organisations, as well as corporate and non corporate settings, I have honed my ability to deliver the highest standard of executive assistance and enabled me to adapt quickly and effectively to various company cultures and operational needs.I specialise in providing seamless support to senior executives, entrepreneurs, and businesses—remotely—helping them stay organised, efficient, and focused on their core objectives. From complex calendar management to operations coordination and beyond, I am a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers exceptional results.

Understanding your business, brand, values, and message is central to my approach. This insight allows me to offer genuine support to you and your clients. I am a firm believer in the principle: "If you're going to do something, do it right!"

Based in the West Midlands, I work remotely as a Virtual Assistant for clients throughout the UK. I absolutely love project work, anything from tech to creative tasks and get a real kick out of organising chaos and learning new things!

I believe that a strong character match is crucial for a successful working relationship, so here’s a bit about me.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my son, Felix. His arrival, combined with my passion for travel and a desire to live life to the fullest, inspired me to launch my own business. I wanted the freedom to manage my time, allowing me to prioritise my little one while continuing my career.

My love for travel has taken me on incredible adventures, including a three-month honeymoon during which we navigated a still-recovering world post-COVID. We explored the Caribbean, Colombia, Mexico, the Galapagos Islands, and California. The Galapagos was a highlight, where I spent countless hours underwater, swimming alongside schools of hammerhead sharks, massive whale sharks, and playful seals. When I'm not diving into ocean adventures, you’ll find me on the slopes, eager to improve my skiing skills while enjoying vin chaud and music in the sun.

Fitness is important to me, and I start my day with a gym session or a run to keep my energy up and my mind clear.

I live with my husband, son and two needy cats, in a beautifully converted warehouse in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter—a project we tackled during lockdown and now call our pride and joy. We also manage two Airbnbs that we renovated right before Felix was born, with me painting walls just hours before going into labour!

I have a deep passion for music and love the thrill of festivals and live events, reminiscent of the joy I felt working in the events industry early in my career. I'm constantly seeking new experiences that add excitement to life.

Why Virtual Assistance?

After becoming a mum and facing redundancy twice in my career, I seized the opportunity to take charge of my professional path and pursue my true passions. With extensive experience in media, advertising, events, and e-commerce, I realised that my skills in organisation, problem-solving, and project management are perfectly suited for supporting busy entrepreneurs and businesses.

By launching my own Virtual Assistance business, I can provide clients with the flexibility, reliability, and expertise they need for their day-to-day operations. This transition not only turns past challenges into opportunities for growth but also allows me to build a fulfilling and flexible career where I can make a meaningful impact in others’ lives.
