Nicky was a phenomenal asset during my time working with her. Not only did she support the CEO, she acted as a support to the entire leadership team and took on a variety of operational tasks above and beyond her job spec. There was no job that I wouldn’t feel comfortable placing in her hands with full confidence that it would be completed to the very highest standard. When my previous EA decided to move on, I was heartbroken. Jo was my everything. Organiser, sympathiser, friend. And so the call went out to find a ‘new Jo’. Nicky - some may say ‘foolishly’ - answered that call. Since that time she has made the position her own. She’s absolutely bossed all of the award submissions - a very difficult task. Her management of multiple creatives and multiple CDs has been remarkable. And her ability to pre-empt any drama has been an incredible asset. Nicky has been a ray of positivity in what can sometimes be a storm-front of moody Creatives - even when she had every right not to be. I could go on and on listing all the things that make Nicky great. But, tbh, one thing sums it more than anything else. With all due respect to Jo, my ‘brief’ to Olly Purdam to fill the vacancy the other day was quite simple - find me another Nicky. All the best, Nicky. Between 2014 and 2016 Nicky worked as my PA whilst I was Operation Director for Really Useful Theatres. During this time Nicky provided outstanding support to me the Estates Director and Technical Manager. She was a key member of the Operations Team responsible for the successful and profitable management of seven West End commercial theatres owned by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Nicky is a strategic thinker with an aptitude to foresee problems before they occur and ensure the desired outcomes are achieved in a seamless and fuss free manner. Nicky was particularly adept at devising systems and process to ensure that the business met its compliance requirements at all times. Her organisational skills were exemplary with fantastic attention to detail. I was eternally reassured knowing that Nicky was overseeing my work schedule. Nicky has excellent interpersonal skills relating at all times in a professional manner to her colleagues, business partners and stakeholders. She is a first-class communicator both verbally and written. Nicky is conscientious, hardworking, reliable and I would highly recommend her.
